Unable to get NAT type on xbox series x when connected to Starlink

Online gaming is not working for my Xbox series x but I can play offline games, watch Netflix and YouTube without issues. When I check the multiplayer test connection I keep getting the error of your network is good but there may be matchmaking issues. When I check interent connection, NAT type is unavailable and

I have tried resetting my starlink Router probably over 15 times, hard reset of my Xbox, logged out of my profiles on xbox, factory reset of my starlink router and nothing has resolved this. Trouble shooting for this via Xbox has got me to port configuration which I can't do with my starlink router. I haven't hard wired in, but I don't want to. I was gaming fine on this for over a year up until a week ago. We did have a mesh router connected which was causing double NAT, but that has been unplugged since I started troubleshooting this, so that double NAT should not be an issue. I can't be the only one trying to play Xbox with starlink and over Wi-Fi

You need to contact Starlink support for connectivity issues with their service.

Even when it's a wireless or wired connection it's my internet provider that Is the issue?

Hello Tania, the Xbox console only recognizes the type of NAT that is provided by your ISP.

If NAT is not showing up or even not available you should contact them so they can help you.

If your Starlink service is Standard it has no access to a Public IP, which is required for NAT types

The NAT is responsible for translating the public and private IP into your modem to gain access to the private game server, Live Gold, etc.
