Unable to get my rewards

I have been having this problem while ago but never pay attention to it so I’m doing it now, today I got an email from rewards and in the top says I have a problem with my account and I need to contact support.

The problem is I can not claim my points when I do quests or surveys, I don’t get anything back when I buy in the store, nothing to become a VIP. So I need help fixing that because I don’t knlw what to do. Please

No rewards from Xbox Live for me?

I have been unable to get any rewards, gems, vip, etc to show up on my rewards account. I have been unable to find anyone to contact to help me resolve this. Does anyone know who I can get a hold of to fix this and get my rewards, points and gems onto my
account?

Transition to suspended MS Rewards account?

Regarding the upcoming transition to Microsoft Rewards. My MS Rewards account was suspended a few years ago. Does that mean that I will be unable to earn any rewards ever again? Or is there a way to get my account un-suspended?

Hello INemezyz,

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your MEX Rewards Account region and your USA Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of
registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency,
it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

same problem with me. This BS. I have thousands of point unable to get to. What is the point of the rewards program if you don't get rewarded!

This has disapeared from my rewards both online and on xbox one app. How can we finish if we are unable to get to it?
