    My Xbox is broken, it will switch on but then immediately turns off. I have tried to go through the online service and trouble shooting for 2 days. Xbox say it needs a service but the page is blank when I get to payments. I have been trying to talk to
    a live person to find out how I can send this in for a service but this seems not to be an option. Any help would be amazing please

    I am facing the exact same issue. Same controller, similar incorrect warranty information on Microsoft website, similarly unable to get in touch with a real person. Were you able to find a way to get in touch with them?

    Thanks. If you're still unable to get it fixed then I'd recommend getting in touch with support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for an account issue.
