    Unable to get free Xbox one original avatar props


    I am trying to get the free Xbox one avatar prop Porsche 918 spyder but it keeps saying 'Sorry, your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox' I have adult privacy presets on but it says
    the above.

    avatar store-props (free/paid)

    can i ask a question regarding the xbox (one) avatar store? i try "purchasing" free props for my avatar and run into something about needing a credit card. is this true? i don't have/use credit cards or paypal. am i out of luck getting free
    avatar props as well as ones that cost money? will this ever change?

    Unable to purchase avatar props.

    I've been trying to purchase free avatar props on the Xbox One, but every time I click purchase, it comes u with the message 'Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbo.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox.' but I am on my
    Xbox and i still says this. I don't know what's wrong.

    You need a valid method of payment linked to your account (like credit card or paypal) to claim avatar items (even when free)

    Otherwise you can purchase the avatar items with currency through an xbox 360

    This is a common error if you will buy an item specially avatar items that are free like the Overwatch free avatar prop on Xbox One that are originally released on Xbox 360. Unlike Back Compat that can be purchased now on Xbox One, except of course if you
    are using Microsoft points. These avatar props can only be purchased on Xbox 360 Market. If you have an Xbox 360 console. you may try to purchase it there.

    Check the xbox avatar marketplace and search for props for your avatar. theres hundreds of prop choice for your avatar if your a boy or girl. If you cant find one maybe theyll add one later.
