Unable to get free Gold xbox360 games with xbox one device only

I'm trying to get the 360 Games with Gold games but since I only own an Xbox One and my profile has never been on an Xbox 360 an error appears: Sorry, at this moment purchase cannot be done. Try again later. (it is approximately translation, I'm getting
russian message "Извините В данный момент покупка не может быть совершена. Повторите попытку." because I'm from Russia)

I already spoken with support and they've confirmed it's a known issue for profiles that have never been on an Xbox 360.

If there is another solution for the issue other than downloading your profile on the 360 and/or if there's is an estimated time for the fix.

P.S.: I was able to get Sacred 3 as a free Gold xbox360 game some time ago. It was first free xbox360 purchase. After that I try to get Operation Flashpoint and get an error as result.

No free game for US customers

People in the U.S did not get a free game who pre-ordered the xbox one. Only the people who had issues with there consoles and had them sent into MS were given a free digital copy of a game of there choice for there troubles with xbox one. And only people
in Europe who preordered xbox one were to get a free game. But I have read from MS that free games for gold memebers will be coming to xbox one as well as how they are doing with the xbox360.

Xbox 360 transactions cannot be completed on the Xbox One. Instead, you need to use either an actual Xbox 360 (which I understand is not an option for you) or the web marketplace -
Xbox Games Store - which adds the game to your purchase history.

You can then download the game on Xbox One by going to My Games & Apps > "Ready to Install" and selecting the game.

Gears of war 3 and maybe dirt I know the very least dirt requires a region check

For.the above titles your first free purchase must be made on a 360 console and there is no fix for it except to rent a console due to the fact that it's a 3 point check

Account region actual region and console region

You need to have a registered 360 console in your region to download those titles

And yes even with bc region. Locks are enforced

 

It's checking forward ntsc or pal console which the xbox one is neither
