    How do I get free coins & tickets if I'm unable to watch the ads? This is particularly frustrating for my 9-year-old daughter. Help, please.

    Free tickets/coins

    I am unable to watch the ads in microsoft bingo to get the free tickets and coins. Keep getting purchase error.

    Unable to purchase coins and tickets; please help!

    I'm unable to purchase coins and tickets as I continually receive the following error message; "Your purchase cannot be completed at this moment; it has been canceled. Please try again later." This is also preventing me from receiving the free tickets
    and coins when I try to click "Watch Ad." I've been trying to receive the free tickets and coins for the past couple of days - please help!

    Not Able to get free coins or Keys ; Ads won't play

    I have been experiencing the same issue- no free tickets and coins; it won't load- ever. Thanks for any help you can give.

    No Free Coins, No Free Tickets

    It helped me to click several times onto the Free Ticket and Free Coins button; after that, it worked. Nevertheless it is enerving, yeah -_-

    Connectivity Issues

    Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

    I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

    When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

    Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!
