Unable to get Dead Space for Xbox One, console says I cannot do this purcahse on Xbox.com but ...

I have a 1month xb gold and decided to get Dead Space. But I cannot because it keeps repeating something that I cannot finish the purchase on this site but on console even though I'm doing it on the console. Same case if I go to the Gold Games page and go
to the windows store link.

What is going on? I really want the game as it expires tomorrow

Unable to view achievements

Hi

For a while now I've been unable to see achievements on my xbox one. I can see then on xbox.com and on the smartglass app, but not on my console.

I still get the notification ping when I get an achievement but then I'm unable to hold to view. When I load the achievements for a game it says that there are no achievements. When I load the achievement app it says I've got, for example, 10 out of 0 achievements
for Among the Sleep, so it seems as though my xbox is unable to show/load any achievement

"Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox."

I've been getting this message every time I've tried to purchase left 4 dead 2 on the xbox.com store. I cannot buy the game on my console and tells me to purchase on xbox.com. I'm in a loop of confusion of anyone can help me with
this it be greatly appreciated

Trying to download Xbox 360 Games with Gold on the Xbox One actually uses the web portal, mimicking that of Xbox.com. The error you are receiving stems from having a Child Account. The Xbox One and Xbox 360 have separate permissions for purchasing games,
apps, etc. The only way around this woud be to download it on an Xbox 360 or have a parent account download it for you on the Xbox One.

Oh yes I have indeed a child account, although I want to get rid of it as I made it as it accidentally. Thanks for the info
