    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games: Daily Challenges - UNABLE TO PLAY

    Good morning,

    I am writing because I am unable to open the daily challenges for the Mystery Clue Crossword puzzles for July 1 and 2 on Microsoft Ultimate Word Game.

    Please fix, ASAP!

    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Daily Challenge Unable to Load Mystery Clue Crossword

    Yet another problem with Microsoft Ultimate Word Games (MUWG) this morning. This is the 3rd open problem I have a this moment, and all of them are posted here. I also see that I'm not the only one with the problems I've posted to date.

    Problem is this:

    I continue to receive a message that is paraphrased as "unable to load daily challenge puzzles, try again, contact support if problem persists" ...

    I am supposed to be presented with 3 different daily challenge puzzles; a Jumble Challenge, a Wordament (Gem Collector) Challenge, and a Crossword (Mystery Puzzle) Challenge. The first two (Jumble & Wordament) load fine, and I have completed them for today
    4/11/2018. The third (Crossword Mystery) will not load.

    Please resolve the issue and contact me with status of not just this problem. How about the one I posted yesterday as well, when I reported that ALL of April puzzles are now missing from the game, even after reinstalling and restarting my PC (Windows 10).

    The crossword section seems to get worse by the day. this is not for people who really enjoy challenging puzzles.

    I am also getting the Error message ---> There was a problem loading Daily Challenge Data.

    I get it when I load the Crossword Daily Challenge. I never had this problem before now.

    Also the Crosswords section in the main area also won't update to the next month April 2018.

    What is going on with the Crossword parts? :-(
