    Unable to get CP after purchasing battlepass


    I tried to purchase a battlepass for 1100 CP. They took my money but I never received the 1100 cp. I finally had to request a refund because microsoft couldn't even get me my 1100 CP. Does anybody know how to do a simple purchase for CP

    Yes I purchased 2400 CP points and also said the same thing to me...money gone and no CP Points, I tried it again right after I did the first one but I only did the 1.99$ pack for 200 CP points and it worked instantly.... So why didn't it work for the first
    one. Like OoSBGBoO said it's half price weekend this really needs to be corrected before it's over.
