unable to get an online answer

hi

spent 30 minutes last night 45 minutes today with online chat.

the outcome after many questions from microsoft was they will ring you back in a minute and sure enough no-one rang.

how do they get away with such poor service?

how can they take money from your sons bank account for games he has not purchased?

tried for two hours on line eg 45 minutes with web chat after all that given a number to ring which is engaged all the time.

what the tactic is to ask us to provide all the info several times then pass it on and on without answering the question raised.

very quick to take money without permission from your account then disappear when there is an issue
