Thank you for your reply. May I know what constitutes "significant hours?" The game was brought yesterday and requested for refund the same day, it hasn't touched since then.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you are wanting to get a gift card refunded you will have to go back to the point of purchase. These are hard to get refunded as they are unable to de-activate them. Once they scan it its activated for use. If they are
unable to refund you will most likely have to use it for yourself.

Correct, you would be unable to get a refund unless you were having issues with the game. The refund would be another copy of the game
