    Unable to finish redownloading Modern Warfare 3


    So i have this problem for a while...

    I can download any game just fine no matter the file size but MW3 keeps redownloading at 80%.

    (When the download reaches 80% it jumps back to 1% over and over again)

    I deleted the file, and the cache, restarted the router, modem and console but nothing helps, i even opened the ports.

    Xbox is connected via LAN

    Location is Germany

    Account region is also Germany

    - Finish Call of Duty 4 on veteran

    - Finish Gears of War 3 on insane

    - Also finish Modern Warfare 3 and Modern Warfare 2 on veteran

    - finish all my need for speed games

    - Also finish forza 3 and forza 4

    NHL Series. None of them will work online

    Whoops just realized I didnt finish my post.

    Even after redownloading my profile the same issue persists. I am still unable to play any NHL games (tried NHL 12, NHL 13 and 3 on 3 NHL Arcade)
