    Unable to finish collections


    Totally disappointed with Microsoft Jigsaw - love doing the puzzles for relaxation - paid for the upgrade - I have 2 collections I cannot complete - daily challenges are not letting me go back to do the challenge I didn't complete - DISGUSTED!!!

    Micro. Solitaire closes after ad plays

    Unable to play the solitaire collections. After Ad finishes the game closes. Earlier it was just the Snickers Ad but now closing after any Ad.

    Lost all collections in Microsoft Jigsaw!

    Thanks.

    Did a reset of Jigsaw.

    Result: Collections are still missing and now also all finished collections are missing.

    Statistics are wrong too.

    It displays a total of 5 collections finished which is totally wrong.

    Edit: After downloading some of the free collections it seems that the finished levels are displayed correctly. So the results must be stored somewhere.
