    I am getting very frustrated. At EVERY page related to account suspensions say I can submit a case review. Yet I CANT!!!

    I just got suspended falsely for the 2nd time. XBOX FIX THIS NOW.

    I Was perma-banned Without explanation & my entire library was stripped from me.

    I was instructed by microsoft support to post here, im unable to file a case review as it's greyed out.

    Unable to file case review.

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. So if one is not listed, then all you can do is wait it out.

    If a case review is listed, but the site is giving you trouble, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

    If you're able to, you can try going to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review for the suspension.

    As far as the Ambassador program, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff. However, without a successful case review from the enforcement team, you most likely will not be able to rejoin.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Not all suspensions are eligible for a review. If you cannot submit a review, you'll have to wait out the suspension.
