    Unable to extend Gold membership


    I am unable to extend my Xbox Live Gold membership. Tried both using a redeem code or extend directly from the store on my Xbox, but cases I get the following error message:

    Change your Microsoft Store Region

    You currently have a subscription from a different region. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer support

    PUR-ConversionBlockedCurrencyCountryMismatch

    I am confirmed my Xbox region matched my redeem code. Please help!

    If you have used paid gold membership before you can't use the trial code. Trial periods are not used to extend your gold membership but to give an idea to new gamers about xbox live gold membership features.

    i have been tring to connect to xbox one store to buy a game or extend my gold membership. It keeps saying unable to connect with store check internet connection or try again later. What is going on with it. I also tring direct connecting with the modem.

    How Many times can you extend a membership to Xbox Live Gold?

    As the others stated, you can extend your membership for 3 years max, but I would extend it by one year if you really want to extend your gold membership.

    If you already were using payed gold membership before you can't use a trial membership. The purpose of trial memberships is to get to know the xbox live services at fullest not to extended the gold membership time.
