Unable to enter Xbox.com

Hello, folks. I’ve been trying to enter their site for several hours now, and all I get is “An error occurred while processing your request” and a reference code that changes every time I refresh. I tried on several devises, using a VPN, using data instead of WiFi, tried to visit different countries’ stores — nothing helped. The only way I was (kind of) access the site is through Forza Motorsport site, from there I could enter the FH5 page on the Xbox site — but then, if I want to buy Game Pass (the initial reason to all of this), I get the error again.

Can you please use a Microsoft Edge browser and then try to access the website from there?

This usually works.

You may need to wait for a couple of hours as it can be an intermittent issue.

So it was a location problem in the end. Thanks. Just tried the US VPN — worked, however still having troubles reaching the game pass page. Guess all we can do is wait.

Well, have the same ussue. Figured that xbox.com opens for me only if I use USA VPN, none of the others country worked (tried UK, Netherlands. Germany. Poland. Finland)
