    Unable to enter to my privacy settings


    When I try to enter to the xbox's privacy page, it asks for my password but when i log in it shows me "404-File or directory not found" I've tried in my computer and my phone but I can't access to that page. Since now thank you for helping

    Unable to change privacy settings

    Your account may be locked. If you are under 18 then your parents would have limited your account. If your over 18 then you may have to call support.

    Every time I change my privacy settings to adult, it signs me out and then back in, but the change does not take affect. i even changed it online and my profile says it's adult, but it won't change on the xbox. i can't play games online with the current
    settings... how do i fix this?

    Hey there, if you try to access the page from another connections are you seeing the same error? Try disconnecting your phone from the wifi then try the website on that device. Let us know if it is still unreachable for you.

    I am sad to say, this is not the case. I went to do that, and go to my privacy settings and for Xbox One/Windows 10 privacy settings and it still said.
    We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later.
    I still am unable to change this to let me set these options.
