Unable to enter any public session or race in forza horizon 4

I was attempting to play on an online server to play some ranked adventure but found out I was unable to join any online adventure at all. Then I attempted to load into an eliminator match to be greeted with “A game invite was received but can’t accept it at the moment because your profile doesn’t have sufficient privileges” could someone please explain what this means and give some advice on how to fix it?

It is enabled. This may be no use but this is the image I get when I try to play online

Be sure to double check your account's settings and verify if settings related Multiplayer and Allow Custom created content are enabled.

Keep in mind that after settings have been changed it's best to Sign out of the Account and then Sign back in again.

Enable multiplayer:

Open your web browser and navigate to the official Xbox website. Sign in using your credentials.
Now, click on the tab of Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety. Make sure that the option of You can join multiplayer games is Allowed.
