    Unable to enroll Series X in insider for updates


    At the step that says “Launch the Xbox Insider Hub and navigate to Insider content > System > Xbox Update Preview.”, I see no “System” section when I do so. I’ve tried both the legacy app and the recent app; no luck. What am I doing wrong?

    Did you enroll it?

    On your X check the insider hub app in Insider Content, that is where you download the avatar beta. It isn't automatically given out.

    Thanks so much for updating us with your replies. Sorry to hear that even with an offline system update, the system update still stops at 58%. As previously mentioned by myself and our awesome Ambassadors, the normal troubleshooting for this issue may not
    work if you or your console are enrolled in the Preview Program for Xbox Insiders. If you are enrolled, you may wish to un-enroll and then attempt the reset and update again; however, if you are, then it would be best to head over to the

    Xbox Insiders page on reddit     for further assistance.

    Should you not be enrolled and you still are unable to update the console fully, then your next option would be to request a repair for your console. Getting
