Unable to enroll in Xbox Live rewards

We see that there is no Microsoft billing account on your profile. Since we use this billing account to deposit Credits into, you cannot complete the registration. This is mentioned on the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Once you set up a billable account, you should be able to register 96 hours after entering that information. You can read more about setting up a billing account here (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/update-billing-information-on-xbox-one).

Were you enrolled in Xbox Live Rewards? If not you were not eligible for the armor.
