Unable to download XboxGamePass games by rating! I'm almost 30 years old!!!

Try to download from the Microsoft store, also sign out of the Xbox app and restart the Pc

Complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

This is intentional - if your son is under the age of the content they are trying to download, they will be unable to download it. For example an account that is registered to a 15-year-old will be unable to download an 18-rated game/movie etc. - this is
a legal requirement.

If the account in question is now over 18 or I'm misunderstanding this query, please reply and let us know a bit more detail on the issue. Thank you!

ok im old enough to download "M" rated games but everytime i try to it says my account is unable to download games with this rating so why cant I download the MW3 mapppack

I have been on the road to games for almost 30 years now and I plan to stay that way longer! My 7 year old daughter started the journey and is enjoying it too!
