Unable to download Xbox live Gold free 360 titles on Xbox One

This problem has been happening when I try to purchase an Xbox live Gold 360 game on my Xbox one. I go to the games with gold page on my home screen and up come the games with gold and the deals with gold, currently the only free 360 title is Super Meat
Boy. I go to the Super Meat Boy page and press 'Show price'. This brings up a page saying, 'Super Meat Boy features Xbox One Backward Compatibility. You can play it on your Xbox One and Xbox 360'. There is then an option saying 'continue' to continue the purchase.
When I press this an error appears saying, 'Sorry, your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox.' All of this is being done from an Xbox One mind you. This problem occurs with all 360 games
I try to purchase, not just the games with gold.

This issue may also relate to the fact that in My games and apps page, the Ready to Download section does not display the xbox 360 games available for download due to xbox live gold.

This issue is not urgent but would like to have it solved by the time Xcom: Enemy Within, finishes being an Xbox live gold 360 downloadable title.

Xbox360 free Games with Gold be able to download on the Xbox one WITHOUT the need of downloading them on the xbox360 console first

Would nice if the Games with Gold page on the Xbox one would have the free Xbox360 title(s)on it for download.

On the 360 you can send Xbox one titles to that console to be ready for download when you sign into the One.

Having to switch consoles to get the 360 FREE title(s) onto your One by downloading them on the 360 then go back to the One to download them onto the One, just makes NO sense.

Being that ALL upcoming FREE WITH GOLD 360 TITLES are Backwards Compatible now.

 

Cant download 360 Games on Games with Gold even though i have a credit card connected to my account.

I have a Xbox Live Gold account on my Xbox one and i can download and play all Xbox One Games taht are offered free with Games with Gold. But when i try to download the free xbox 360 titles, it says "this purchase channel requires a billing account". I have
paypal AND a credit card linked to my account. How can i get access to the Xbox 360 Games? When i try to download them from the store, the store wants to charge me the usual price for the titles, even though golden letters above the pricetag say "FREE WITH
XBOX GOLD".

 

It means your account is a Child or Teen account. You won't be able to download the title from your console as it can't verify parental permissions. Even if you have purchasing privileges on the Xbox 360, the Xbox One uses a different marketplace so those
privileges do not apply. Best thing to do would be to download it on a 360 and then go to My Games and Apps on your One, or have the parent account log in and download it for you.

 

Or use your parental account with gold not home gold to make the purchase

I did get an error code: 807B0190, when I tried to download from the games with gold section on the 360. But I went to the store and manually found the game and it downloaded fine.

 

Guys? I have the issue with Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Can't download, sighned "try again later". What's wrong with it?

 

I tried to download tekken tag tourney but it just says unable to make this purchase or sumn like that. is it a region thing ?

 

As stated above, if you don't have an adult account on the Xbox One you won't be able to download Xbox 360 games. Even if they are free, the 360 and One use separate marketplaces and therefore, your permissions on the 360 don't apply to the One.

 

If your account region does not match your actual region you must make it match if your live in an xbox live region
