Unable to download/update GamePass games since Windows 11 rollback

For this error code, please try to restore your Operational System via the ISO Image Tool. You will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

For Windows 10:

Download it > Open the ISO image tool > Open setup.exe > Select upgrade > Download from the cloud > Keep games and apps.

After that, please use the System File Checker and DISM to repair broken, corrupted or missing system files:

Go to Start > Search for Command Prompt > Right Click > Run as Administrator. Run one command at a time:

sfc /scannow
chkdsk /r
chkdsk /f
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Chkdsk may ask you to restart your computer in order to be able to run. If that's the case, please restart your computer when you can and it will run before Windows starts.

The issue is still present. The only change to the computer since being able to download my games has been windows 11 updates. I feel it is a windows 11 issue, but have no ideas as to why.

I tried to check the terado right after the clean boot, and then tried to launch a gamepass game, both unsuccessful

no point as in windows 11 the store directs you to the xbox app for games now, you have to use the xbox app to initiate game downloads (even bought games) and use gamepass games too.

all that and yet it is still the windows store that downloads the stuff in the background.

It's the wireless one not the Elite (this one https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/d/manette-sans-fil-xbox/8xn59crbsqgz/7V47 bought on Microsoft store).

I have two, the black and the white ones, same issue with both.

When I upgrade the firmware of my controller with Xbox Accessories app and/or when I move from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (I did both the same day).

1. Have check if the controller support Bluetooth?
   

Yes of course, as they work well in some games, not with other ones.

1. Any recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
   

Controller Firmware update & Windows update to Win 11
