    Unable to download the Xbox XDK


    I am unable to get the Xbox One XDK. I am registered as a developer, so I should have access. However, when I go to

    this page     and click the link to get the XDK fro the software downloads page, I get brought to

    this error page    .

    Is this page currently broken? I know a few people both in the partners program and ID@Xbox and they are unable to get it as well. They have contacted Microsoft support and were told that they should have access, but support was unable to get them a proper
    download for it.

    Is there any way to resolve this problem?

    I choose a program join the Xbox Live Creators Programand setting to Xbox live, and I don't join the ID@Xbox program. and now I also can not download the XDK.

    Is joining the ID@Xbox a necessary step?
