Unable to download Starfield from Microsoft Store

I have Game Pass Ultimate and a PC with two drives - a SSD for the OS and a HDD for apps and games. When I tried downloading Starfield the Microsoft Store was set to download new apps to the SSD. I went into Settings to change it to the HDD since my SSD didn't have any space left for the game, and tried again. I hit the Retry button and it still thinks I want to install it to the SSD, and it gives me the option to clear space on that drive. Hitting Retry just does nothing.

I tried resetting the Microsoft Store app and that did not work. I keep getting this code when I click "see details": Code: 0x80070070. It also says to choose another drive but there's no option to do that.

I went to Library to try downloading and it says "Something happened on our end" with this code: Code: 0x803FB107

I logged out of the Store and logged back in, same thing.

EDIT: Sorry, I basically solved my own issue. In the downloads list in the library, there is the option to just cancel the download, which is what I did. Then I went to the main Starfield page and clicked Install. This time it gave me the option to install it to the HDD and it seems to be downloading now.

OK, a friend told me to rename new SSD to same letter as the old was, so after I renamed the game started downloading.

The drive was toast and was removed from the PC.

My install got corrupt, when my SSD broke down.

I have new SSD, but cannot reload Starfield from Windows Store.

Only option I have is PLAY

How can I install ?
