Unable to download Rainbow Six Vegas during free game period.

I have been trying to renew my Xbox live subscription for the past few days on my Xbox One. There was a bug that was preventing me renewing it saying, "You have too many of these". I tried downloading Rainbow Six Vegas earlier in the month as well, but it
kept saying an error has occured, and it looked like the online website. It wouldn't let me renew my subscription to get the free game and wouldn't let me download the game earlier in the month. Since a bug has caused me to miss out on the free game with gold,
I am wondering if I could have a free download code for Rainbow six vegas 2?

Rainbow Six Vegas and Magic 2013 free on Xbox Live in September

Here is the list of free games for the month of September free download on Xbox Live. They are Magic 2013 and Rainbow Six Vegas. Remember you need to have a gold membership to get them.

From September 1-15, gamers can pick up Magic 2013 (normally $10), while Rainbow Six Vegas (normally $20) will be free from September 16-30.

Gamers in South Africa will receive Shadowrun instead of Rainbow Six Vegas, Microsoft said.Click to expand...

There could have been a couple of reasons as to why you wouldn't be able to download the game but have you been able to contact Microsoft Xbox Support? usually they can help you further by doing some t/s like reinstalling your profile onto your xbox or clearing
your MAC address and even ensuring your region on your account or something else, you can wait for an answer from a Microsoft Staff rep but they wouldn't be able to replace the token for you since the deal with gold is gone now.

Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for gold members only for a period of time. In the end of the said period you have to purchase the game in order to keep playing
