    Unable to download puzzles also unable to correct incorrect information on my account profile.


    I've deleted and reloaded game twice. I've depleted all gold bars several times. I was hoping this would be resolved but several months have passed and nothing has changed except I'm about through with this. I created an account when I purchased Microsoft
    Office Suite. I noticed some information that was incorrect on my account but was unable to do anything about it before I was bounced off to another page. I have not been able to log in to my profile to correct my information. I am not relaxing and unwinding
    at the end of a stressful day with a new puzzle. I am, instead, stressing out, trying to fix things which can't be fixed. Are there any devs supporting this game?

    I have lost all my previously loaded puzzles and I am unable to download my selected puzzles. Please advise me as to what I can do to correct this.

    Downloading Jigsaw puzzles.

    I am unable to download puzzles whether purchased or free while running Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle app. I purchased the trains puzzle and it took away my gold bars but never downloaded the puzzles. Unable to download free puzzles sets.

    Apologies, I remember trying to sort the issue for a friend before and was unable to, so my information was clearly incorrect. Also, be advised the voice acting is still in English. The subtitles should be in Japanese though if you have sorted it.

    Hi Twisted,

    If it's anything like the current generation, you will be unable to purchase content etc. until it is officially supported. Region checks are done via IP I believe, and the Xbox 360 regularly blocks downloads saying the "Region is incorrect". Also if you
    have any issues with the console, it will be unsupported also within a non-supported country.

    (Note: This is speculation on my part, not official information!)
