Unable to download or launch games from Xbox PC App

I tried downloading some new games which merly got stuck in the queue without actually downloading (also I´m now unable to clear out this queue). When than later trying to launch up another game, it didn´t actually start.

Also there were multiple odly named seemingly empty folders created in the XboxGames folder ("C:\XboxGames\1AD78A0C-2679-41D6-9C1C-3D45F4430B05"; "C:\XboxGames\8D61506C-C99A-4F2D-91F6-26E7B88CCD9D"; "C:\XboxGames\64064018-5CF7-40F8-8D9B-C29E9D7A18FB"; "C:\XboxGames\B66343F0-66BF-4777-83F2-04CFF36B0566"; "C:\XboxGames\CF1F4CCF-4181-4E1D-9451-94D924C19457"; "C:\XboxGames\CFFB3EA0-838F-48DB-A4E1-AA5F04487DC3")

What I´have already tried:

-Repairing and restoring the Microsoft Store, Gaming Services and the Xbox App

-Uninstalling and reinstalling Gaming Services and the Xbox App

-Deleting the folders ("C:\XboxGames\CF1F4CCF-4181-4E1D-9451-94D924C19457" I´m unabel to to delete due to apperently missing rights and the others return after a restart)

Sorry you're still having trouble. If you are still unable to launch the game from the Beta App then please find the game in the Start Menu of the PC and launch it from there

Yes its seems like it will never be fix....microsoft doesn't care about this.....unsubscribe

Try resetting the computer and deleting some personal files if necessary

Oh, I see. Can you please try to connect the PC to another Internet connection and check if there's any changes? Thanks!
