Unable to download Mortal Kombat v DC Universe - Warner Bros sale

Hi there,

Please can someone assist me. I am unable to download Mortal Kombat v DC Universe from the Warner Bros sale. I downloaded 5 other games on the sale, but can not download Mortal Kombat v DC Universe game. Sale is on until the 13 October.

Hey i waiting for more games from backward compatibility !!, I buy DC Universe X Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat Komplete from Xbox 360 and I Cant play on Xbox ONE !!!

 

Please list what the issue is when you try to download it. Do you get an error code or message? Does it download to a certain point and then stop?

The more info you give us the more likely we can help solve the problem.

 

Thanks for the response. When I click on the game the page loaded shows the message "Ooops! What happened to this page? We’ve moved some things around." It happen to me before as well with a different game. I would really like to download Mortal Kombat v
DC Universe, but don't know how? Thanks

Sorry to hear it. They may have removed the game from the marketplace as I can't find it on the website either. Have you tried searching for it from your console?

 

I can find it when I search for it in the US marketplace, but it doesn't show when I search in the South African marketplace. It may not be available in your region. If it's not showing when you search on the console, then it won't be available.

 

Yeah that's why either you change the locale of the marketplace on the website to your account region or use your console it will display promotions and prices and availability in your region

Using the US page won't get you the US content or prices it will still rediredredirect you to your account region
