Unable to download large games on xbox app

Hi,

I am unable to download large games through the xbox app PC, because my SSD C Drive does not have the space. I purchased another SSD with 500gb space (My D :drive SSD is also full) and have followed the following steps in order to get it to work ;

Updated windows and all drivers

Changed my default storage to my E;Drive so that all new apps, documents, music ect are saved to it

Formatted my Erive NFTS

This gave me limited success as it now downloads and gets to a generic percentage before it stops downloading and brings up another error. It really shouldn't be this hard. I am all out of ideas and as a last ditch attempt before I cancel my subscription, I would like see if the community has any ideas or better yet, Microsoft fix this broker app!

I have followed all these steps and still nothing. In frustration I have just downloaded the same game on steam without any issue to make sure it's not my PC. This is a Microsoft problem, I am cancelling my subscription and deleting this mess of an app.

Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. The Xbox app is still unable to download games. I went ahead and ran DISM repair and SFC but that didn't fix the Xbox app either.

I am unable to download the same games listed above when on the Microsoft store. It does not seem the Xbox App is the issue

Gaming services is not showing in the installed apps, and the gaming services is not listed in the services,

The folder was present so I deleted the accounts and cache folders and tried the Xbox app again but I was unable to download gaming services still.
