Unable to download Hitman Legacy pack on Xbox (Own Hitman 1 Definitive Edition)

Hi HandzMcGee,

I researched this edition and Hitman 2 Gold Edition doesn't seem to be a pack that's included. It seems that you have to meet certain requirements and then you access the Legacy pack from inside Hitman 1.

Did you follow the steps found on this FAQ?

• Ensure that you have the HITMAN ‘base game’ installed and downloaded the latest game update for HITMAN, released on November 8th.
• Launch HITMAN and follow the prompts in the H1 in-game store to redeem and download your Legacy Pack.
• When the Legacy Pack has installed, it will be playable within HITMAN 2 only."

Have you confirmed you meet the requirements to install this pack?

"Who can redeem the HITMAN Legacy Pack for FREE?

Players who own HITMAN: The Full Experience, HITMAN: The Complete First Season (digital or disc) or all seven episodes individually (Paris, Sapienza, Marrakesh, Bonus Episode, Bangkok, Colorado and Hokkaido) from the previous HITMAN game, will be able
to redeem the HITMAN Legacy Pack."

Let us know if you've tried those exact steps and what it shows within the game store inside of Hitman.

Unfortunately if the Hitman – GOTY Legacy Pack is not available to download separately anymore, then it just is simply no longer able to be redeemed through the Hitman Definitive edition which was only available as a physical copy. That pack is now only
included in the
HITMAN™ - Game of the Year Edition which is the only Hitman edition you can currently purchase through the Microsoft Store.

The reason why it is no longer available to download separately you will have to ask the developers about that and how they will be fulfilling this pack to those who own the physical Hitman Definitive edition since we cannot assist you with that on the forums
unfortunately. It could be related to a licensing issue between both parties but I recommend contact the developers and see what their response is.

A long shot, if you check the Ready to install section in both Hitman and Hitman 2 is the legacy pack showing in there at all?

I tried this but unfortunately it still doesn't work - I signed in with my wifes account and 'Got' the free Hitman 2 starter pack then signed back in as me but it still won't work. I really appreciate your reply though it is appreciated.

There is no code to redeem and it cannot be purchased - You get the legacy pack free with certain editions of Hitman 1.
