Unable to download Grid Autosport Drag Pack DLC.

Purchased both the game and the DLC last night. The game downloaded fine but the DLC won't go past 1% before stopping and giving me a "can't download Drap pack" error messag. I've tried everything I can think of clearing system and marketplace cache, LB+RB+X,
wired network connection, checked region(US), tried downloading through game from marketplace all with no luc. I've seen were others have had this issue and have had it resolved I don't understand why I'm still experiencing it though.

Unable to download GRID Autosport Drag Pack DLC

Hello,

I recently purchased "Drag Pack" DLC for game GRID Autosport. When I try to download it after the payment completed, it give me a message say "Can't download Drag Pack". I head to the dashboard (download history) and try to download it again,
same message appear.

Any Solution?

Hi thanks of the patients the only other option I could offer you to do it contact Xbox support you self or wait for a more higher up Xbox support person to contact you to try and resolve you issue best of luck

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you please post back which country you live in and whether or not your gamertag is set for the same region?

If yours and your gamertags region do not match that could be the reason you are unable to download the content you want to.

It's set to US which is where I live. I've tried all of what I've seen in other posts with no luck.

The Drag pack for GRID Autosport is unavailable to download. When you purchase it, you get an error message saying "Can't download Drag pack". I tried on several consoles and even asked a friend who purchased it earlier, he can't download it again, as if
the link was broken. Please, can't Microsoft fix this? I asked Codemasters on Twitter and they told me to contact Microsoft support.

I too have been trying to download this pack and its unable to download. Im in the UK and everything is set up correct as I was able to download the other packs

@onyx62is No error code, just "Can't download Drag Pack" message appear, download via Wired (Ethernet) Network. It stopped download in less than 30 seconds (stuck at 0% or 1%)

But I can download other DLC Pack inside the game without Problem. (Like the "Boost Pack" and "Touring Car Legends Pack")

Few months ago I did have problem about "Sprint Pack" and "Touring Car Legends Pack" (same issue) but is fixed, there is a topic on here too.

Ok, is there an 8 digit error code associated with the message? Have you tried downloading it while connected via ethernet (if you are wireless)? Can you try with a different storage device?
