Unable to download GRID Autosport Drag Pack DLC

Hello,

I recently purchased "Drag Pack" DLC for game GRID Autosport. When I try to download it after the payment completed, it give me a message say "Can't download Drag Pack". I head to the dashboard (download history) and try to download it again,
same message appear.

Any Solution?

same message appear. I also cleaned the cach but it doesn´t help. I live i Sweden.

I see that the Drag Pack is listed on the marketplace. Are you able to tell me if your gamertag is set for the same region (country) that you physically live in?

 

@onyx62is Yes, same region. (HK) "Touring Legends Pack" and "Sprint Pack" also have some download issue before (few months ago, same message appear) but solved.

I download this pack through "In-game" XBL Marketplace but failed, after that I have try to download it on XBL Marketplace (outside the game), both have the same error (Can't download Drag Pack) message appear.

 

Ok, is there an 8 digit error code associated with the message? Have you tried downloading it while connected via ethernet (if you are wireless)? Can you try with a different storage device?

 

@onyx62is No error code, just "Can't download Drag Pack" message appear, download via Wired (Ethernet) Network. It stopped download in less than 30 seconds (stuck at 0% or 1%)

But I can download other DLC Pack inside the game without Problem. (Like the "Boost Pack" and "Touring Car Legends Pack")

Few months ago I did have problem about "Sprint Pack" and "Touring Car Legends Pack" (same issue) but is fixed, there is a topic on here too.

Isn´t this problem fixed yet? Bought drag pack today and I can´t download it. I get the same error.

Does any one know what´s the problem?
