Unable to download Gears of War 'Brothers to the End' pre-order gear packs | error ...

Pre-ordered and preloaded gears of war 4 ultimate edition sucessfully, but I got the error code 0x87e0012c when the bundle tried installing the pre-order bonus content 'brothers to the end' and vintage del elite gear packs.

Pre-orderd the game in Microsoft store and I recived previous Gears games codes, but not the promised pre-order DLC: Brothers to the end elite gear pack.

I have a problem. I preorder Gears 4 physical disc. Install it, got the update. I do not have the Brothers to the End pack. I am missing the characters and skins. Xbox Live sent me a message for an operations gear pack which I can get on the 11th, but
nothing else. How do I go about downloading this specific pack?

 

Me too , got the game on Friday but there was no btte code included . Dont know what to do

I did not receive the BTTE pack, pre ordered on September 28th 2016 & downloaded ultimate edition from xobox live store

The in game store shows "you already own the season pass"

Started playing October 6th 2016 about 9:15 PM Pacific Standard time

I pre-ordered gears of war 4 UE and i have yet to recive my exclusive content i have already contacted the developers of Gears of War and they told me to go to Xbox support

To check, do you have the content installed on your Xbox One? To make sure, first check in your Ready to Install list for the content's availability. If you don't see the content there, check under the Manage game section of Gears of War 4. Keeps us in the

Still nothing. Not under ready to install, not in the store, not anywhere now. What's up Microsoft?

 

Yeah I'm having the same problem here. I redeemed 2 operation packs (1 from Xbox live and 1 from a mate), the vintage del elite gear pack and the season pass for Mafia 3. None of these items show up anywhere. Not in ready to install or even when I go to
manage game. In the store it says I own the season pass, but it does not give me an option to install it.

The season pass was redeem on the smart glass app, 1 packs was redeemed though Xbox live message, the other on the Xbox website and the vintage del elite gear pack was redeemed manually on the Xbox console.

 

Hey guys have a look at your customisation tab in game. I found all my items there. The characters and weapon skins. Aapart from operation packs they were in a seperate section. Even though they so not show up in my games and apps
