Unable to download game profile to x-box 360

I’ve tried to access my game profile through my XBox 360 multiple times, but have been unsuccessful. I tried following all the troubleshooting offered by support. I want to access some purchased movies, but cannot setup my profile. The live chat rep wasn’t
able to help. Any suggestions on what else I can do?

Do I have to buy separate Live memberships for each profile on my console?

I have 3 profiles on my x box 360, bought a live gold membership but it only works for my profile. My son and daughter want to download minecraft avatar items for their profiles but am unable to. I think it's BS that I have to buy 3 live gold memberships
for one console.....

How to delete gamerprofile from x-box 360 games? Backwards Compatiblity

When starting x-box 360 games on my x-box one I am asked which profile to sign in as: my current profile, or my old 360 profile I needed to download old purchases. I'm even asked this while signed in (I auto sign in on start up because I only use one). I
deleted the profile from my xbox but I am still prompted this and it is very annoying.

Is there any way to remove this profile from my 360 games?

I know I can delete all 360 data but I doubt that would work and only delete my saves.

When I try to sign in on the old account the xbox system enters x-box one mode, showing me the profiles I have on my x-box one: only one.

Hi there,

try the following steps

1. Check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

If that doesn't help then please specify what exactly happens when you try to download the profile, any error codes can be useful.

Look, It downloads X-Box Arcade and Indie games just fine, But the actual X-Box 360 digital copies are whats giving me trouble.

sorry it wouldn't let me edit...; my issue I suppose is paying £6.00 x box live gold subscription if there are no games to download

The link that you have sent does not indicate any games for the x box 360... I am assuming that x box one games won't play on the 360... is that right?????

Xbox 360 games do not appear to see these users and I'm unable to select them when adding players to 360-games.

User accounts work differently on the 360 (and the 360 emulator on the Xbox One and Series X/S) to the way they do on Xbox One and Series X/S. The 360 had user profiles that needed to be downloaded first.

It's been a while so you'll need to bear with me. If remember you will need to sign in first with this other user you've created, then launch the 360 game. This will download the additional new profile to the console. I think, after this you should be able
to add this player to your game.
