Unable to download game from the windows store Error 0x80073CF3

I am currently trying to download The Outer Worlds from the windows store to my D drive, but the download gets immediately stopped and I receive this error 0x80073CF3, with the message "Wait a few minutes and try again". I have waited and tried again several
times over a few hours and the same result. I have also tried using the Xbox app and other suggestions but I still get the same error.

I think a few others are having the same problem when installing The Outer Worlds, maybe try to re-install it?

This morning I bought Xbox Game Pass for PC and I tried to download Minecraft Dungeons. When I try to download the game the store tells me there is an error (0x80073CF3). I can download every single game from the store except minecraft dungeons. How can i fix that? Thank you.
