Unable to download free with gold game from mobile device

I went on a trip away from home and I still want to download the free with gold games on a mobile device. when I tried it would just say it was unable to download. I tried on two different devices, and I made sure the wifi was good, but still it didnt work,
and i want to see if there's anything that could help. please help me!

I went on a trip away from home and I want to download the free with gold games from a mobile device. I tried purchasing it but it would just say it was unable to purchase. I made sure I had good wifi, and I did, and tried it on two different devices, but
the game was still unable to purchase. I was wondereing if I could get some help to purchase the game, so if you can help me I would appreciate your help very much.

Please refrain from post spamming in the forums!

 

Your console might not have enough space to install these games, or the Internet might not be working properly on your console. As long as the games are "purchased" you can download them when you get back home.

 

FYI if you are outside the region that would be why

Xbox 360 games are region specific
