Unable to Download Forza Horizon 5 DLC on Xbox Series X

Thanks! The weird thing is, this issue only happens with series x games. Forza horizon 4 looks perfect. It’s just the new multiplayer halo and Forza Horizon 5.

Since you've already tried restarting the console, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the game, here are a few additional steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check for Available Storage

Ensure that you have enough storage space on your Xbox Series X to download the DLC. You can check your available storage by:

• Pressing the Xbox button on the controller.
  

• Going to Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.
  

If your storage is low, try deleting some unused games or apps to free up space.

Attempt to Download DLC from the Store

Instead of downloading the DLC directly from the in-game menu, try manually searching for the DLC in the Xbox Store:

• Open the Xbox Store on your console.
  

• Search for the Forza Horizon 5 DLC.
  

• Attempt to download it directly from there.
  

Sometimes, downloading it through the store instead of the in-game menu can bypass issues.

Perform a Full Power Cycle

If the usual restart didn't fix the issue, try a full power cycle of your Xbox:

• Press and hold the Xbox power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off completely.
  

• Unplug the power cord for about 5 minutes.
  

• Plug it back in and turn the console back on.
  

This can help resolve any lingering issues that might not be fixed by a simple restart.

Reset console

Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see these options:

• Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all installed content will be deleted.
  
• Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
  

You can choose Reset and keep my games & apps; this will not delete your saves.

Hi I've tried reset options on my xbox one s and one x it worked but xbox series consoles do not work so i tried offline system update on series x it's worked only for one day i earn achievements in Forza Horizon 5 hot wheels dlc but in the next day it didn't worked no notification or sound anything,so i tried my friend xbox series x this same problem happening looks like it's a Microsoft side issue.

I am having same issue. Xbox series x, no vibration with any driving game I have tried so far. Forza 6, Forza Horizon 5, Dirt 4
