Unable to download Foo Fighters II song pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360

My previous thread wasn't resolved misses q. It's just taking an age to get anywhere with ubi as their support team takes a week to ensure an email every time.

I've had this issue with monkey wrench song since February, same thing as you guys and in pretty sure they don't know the answer themselves. I can post the whole conversation up here but it is rather pointless as there's not been a resolution and it goes
on for quite a few pages as you can imagine.

Their last suggestion has been to get the license restored by Xbox. I haven't had time to contact Xbox to get this

done. Maybe the Xbox gurus can tell us how to do that as a possibility. However I'm pretty sceptical that there is is the solution as I've tried pretty much everything so far...

 

Would it be possible to receive actual information about this issue?

Generic "team is working on it" messages give no idea whatsoever of the issues progression if any.

We see here someone who's having issues with this DLC since February, this is unnacceptable!

What about alternate ways of fixing this?

 

Contacted MS they have told me the dlc content exists on ubi servers - therefore ubi problem - the person i spoke to says they believe it lies on the ubi side of the fence....the struggle continues folks

 

Fun Fact: It so happens I just upgraded to Rocksmith 2014 on Xbox One. All the songs from this pack downloaded perfectly fine on my xbone.

Highly doubt the files are broken.

 

Unfortunately, there is no further information I am able to provide other than the right teams are working on it. Once I have more information, I will be sure to post back in here for you guys.

Chix - I'm sorry to see that you have had this issue since February. Had you posted more recently in your thread, then we would have looked into a little more. Inactive threads are locked on our forums to avoid people from bumping them too much if the original
poster hasn't been in it for a while. Apologies for any confusion, but we are working on getting this resolved. I've updated the team with the time frame that you have been experiencing this.

Hi guys, I'm also having the same issue but I only bought the Learn to Fly song on Sept 5th, not the complete song pack, but still I'm not able to download it. Hope we can get a solution ASAP.

 

Hello again Microsoft for continuing to expect users to buy your games and then hold us hostage while your "EXPERTS" try to resolve an obvious App issue. in the meantime keep the customer in the corner as they say and. Maybe we will just will give up...
Why not just admit you have no idea on how to fix the problem... Give us our money back... Give us our. Money back... This has been going on long enough

Just tried to download again with no luck. I will get a refund and come back and buy it when it is resolved.

Similar issue here, I didn't by the pack, but I bought Learn To Fly and Monky Wrench which are from that pack.

Each time I try to download either song the status bar goes from 0% to 1% and then back to 0% and then fails.

I have tries the troubleshooting steps of clearin the market place data and the system cache, to no avail.

 

I tried to download it again (Learn to Fly song) and still same issue. Please just let us know when will be resolved. Thanks.
