Unable to download Foo Fighters II song pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360

Hello,

I seem to perpetually get the "can't download" message for this download even though the other products I purchased tonight before and after this one all download fine.

I've followed the steps mentionned in your stickied thread to no avail -> Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

I'd appreciate this product fixed so I can enjoy my product.

Foo Fighters Pack 1 won't download

I downloaded the first Foo Fighters Pack for my 360.

everytime i go to download it, it goes to 1% then to 0% then a message saying can't download.

I have, Deleted my profile and re-downloaded it, Cleared system cache, looked for any corrupted files, deleted rocksmith save game file, hard wired, tried another xbox. and still i have not been able to download it over the past week/ week and a half

I tried to download the foo fighters song pack 2 on rocksmith 2014 over 2 weeks ago and all im getting is "cant download song pack" I have looked at other threads on this problem and have tried the suggestions given to others but ive had no such luck.

Please can someone help try and fix this for me or give me other things to try

Hi Guys, I too have the same problem with not being able to download Foo Fighters II song pack. I could could download other contenet purchased around the same time. I have tried previously mentioned steps such as clearing cache etc without luck.

Kinda disapointed this hasn't been fixed yet. Searching on the web, it seems there's a good deal of people that paid for this and can't download it.

I too am a caualty with the foo fighter issue. I even tried working with Microsoft support, he tried hard to resolve. Pointing fing at uplay. Not sure why the folks can't work it out. Very sad that we spend our $$ and can't enjoy it.

 

Oh man, FlyingDaddio! Sorry to see you had that experience. We are definitely working with our partners to get this resolved right now. Once I have more information for you guys, I will hop back in here to give you guys an update.

 

well between microsoft and uplay I wonder who will be the last man standing... I have a ticket with UPLAY and going no where.. Hey microsoft support- get with uplay- have them delete the song pack off their/your server. have someone outside the company
do download and while doing so-- do a data capture to see if it fails or not.. just maybe the file is bad... As I tried to explain to Uplay, its NOT a network/connectivity issue.. its an application.... cheers

Hello Misses Quinzel, how long will you be working with your partners? As from what we have read Uplay/aka Rocksmith says its your problem... Can "we" expect a solution in 2015? or hope for best that PFM will happen and we will be happy? BTW-- if you didnt
know -- PFM= Pure .... Magic

Hey, FlyingDaddio! No updates at this time, but teams are actively working with partners to figure out the cause of this issue right now. As stated, once I have more information for you guys, I'll be sure to post back in here with an update.

 

I too am having this problem and it is infuriating! I pay my good money for a product that is broken. I spoke with someone at Ubisoft and they did "their best" and still not possible. When are we getting this fixed so we can use this content?

 

Same problem here. Were really looking forward to playing these songs. Is there any progress?
