Unable to download Foo Fighters II song pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360

Hi,

I have purchased the Foo Fighters II song pack for rocksmith 2014 yesterday on Xbox 360 and it won't download.

It goes to 1% then back to 0% a few times before an error message come up saying the pack can't be downloaded.

I have check and tested my connections and everything is fine. I have also downloaded a few other packs and everything went smoothly. I have about 8Go free on my HDD. I have also tried to launch the download from xbox.com but still the same Issue :/

I am from France and use my european account as always.

Can you have a look into this issue please ?

I'm getting the same error while trying to download the Foo Fighters II song pack for Rocksmith 2014 on xbox 360...is there a general problem with this song pack?

Foo Fighters Pack 1 won't download

I downloaded the first Foo Fighters Pack for my 360.

everytime i go to download it, it goes to 1% then to 0% then a message saying can't download.

I have, Deleted my profile and re-downloaded it, Cleared system cache, looked for any corrupted files, deleted rocksmith save game file, hard wired, tried another xbox. and still i have not been able to download it over the past week/ week and a half

 

Hey there, Stykalaweed! I'm very sorry to see any issues downloading content! I've got a few things we can try to see if it will work for you.

First, we will want to delete anything that has downloaded. It's likely corrupted, and will cause us to not be able to download a proper version. Please go into Settings > System > Storage > [your storage device] > Games & apps > Rocksmith
and see if you can find the Foo Fighters pack in there. If it's not there, that's fine. However, if you see it, please select it, and then hit Delete.

Once we've done that, we will want to
clear your cache. After that, we'll want to remove your marketplace data following the instructions below:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Go to Settings, and then System Settings.
3. Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.
4. Select System Items.
5. Select Marketplace System Data.
6. Select Delete.
7. Restart your console.

Once you have done that, please try to download the pack again. Let us know of your results! We want to make sure that you're fully sorted out, and will want to look into it further if you're still unable to download it. :3

So i've tried this process.

First there was nothing linked to this DLC in Settings > System > Storage > [your storage device] > Games & apps > Rocksmith (no corrupted file, i've search both in Rocksmith and Rocksmith 2014)

Then I've cleared the cache following instructions in your link.

Then I've remove the marketplace data following your guide.

And finally restart the Xbox 360.

But unfortunatly when i tried to download the pack (via Account -> Download history) the same problem is still happening :'(

I don't understand why this pack has problem while I've downloaded others without problems...

Still thanks again for yout answer and I hope further investigation will solve this.

 

Interesting! I appreciate you trying that all out for me. It looks like it's not downloading at all, and it should be.

One other thing that we can try is downloading it on another network. This will help rule out your network as possibly being the cause of it. I don't think it is, but it's a step that is required to be done before I can pass it along to the appropriate people.

Also, if you know of a couple other people in your region that might be running into this, I would appreciate them posting in here, too!

Finaly I was able to download the pack. I've try again today, same settings as before but this time it worked

I can't explain why it worked this time since I did nothing new...

But anyway thanks a lot for your help and your time. I really appreciate

Hi, I have the same problem with downloading Foo Fighters song pack II as Stykalaweed. I have tried all the steps listed above but it has made no difference. Is there anything else I can try ?
