Unable to download Dirt Showdown

My son was unable to download Dirt Showdown earlier this month. He told me that he kept getting 'Unable to Download' error.

His gamertag is wolfmonster14.

Is there something we can do to get him the game? As he is constantly wanting to play it on my console. I don't want to disappoint him. He does enjoy playing the game and me, not so much. Please let me know if there is something we can do.

Cannot found DLC of Dirt showdown on xbox one "my adds and games" by Backward compatibity,although had download it from xbox.com

I had download Dirt showdown and DLC from xbox.com and i had the licence of the game and DLC，i can found the game Dirt showdown on xbox one consoel,but i cannot found the DLC i had download every where,whether the DLC of Dirt showdown could been use on
xbox one console by backward compatibity?

 

Cannot download Xbox 360 Games With Gold onto Xbox One through Xbox.com

I am unable to get Dirt Showdown on Xbox.com for my Xbox One, because whenever I try and download it a message appears saying "this transaction is encrypted". Is there another way to get this game, without having to own an Xbox 360, or am I just unable to
get it.

 

What is the error he is receiving if 8015017 then you must do a region migration

He is no longer able to download the free version. So at this point he isn't going to try to download it. He was trying to get the free version that was available during the first few weeks of this month.

 

Is there a way he could still get the game for free?
