Unable to download content from marketplace

Hello! I am playing on Windows 10, I have re-installed the game and didn't have this issue in the past. I can click 'download' on the worlds that I want to download, but after that, it just doesn't download. It'll be stuck on "0.00MB / X.XMB" until I clear cache, then I can attempt to download it again. Even if I go away, it doesn't progress the download at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

you have to remeber not all content is region locked

for the nest experience with live your account region and actual region should match

alot of dlc like blackops is region locked

bu this doesnt apply to every single dlc

99% of the time with out of region accounts thsts thr issue

it doesnt apply to all content but it does apply with downloading difficulties

you can also try a hard reset of your modem and router by turning thrm off for 5mins and them turn then on

Thanks Zulu Echo 181 for the information. Unfortunately, none of the information worked for me...I still get this error report. Should I simply wait it out?
