Unable to download Bon Jovi song pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360

I purchased the Bon Jovi song pack for rocksmith 2014 a day ago and it wont download on my 360.

It simply comes up with a message that it Can't download Bon Jovi Song Pack.

I have gone into my Account Settings and tried to re download it. It goes to 1% then back to zero and displays the same message.

I have tested network connections and all is fine. While in account settings I tested downloads by re downloading other content and that all works fine and downloads without error. It is specifically only this Bon Jovi song pack that does not download. It
sits on 0% for a while, goes to 1% then instantly back to zero. Then comes up with the same message.

I went to the hard drive to manage the content and Bon Jovi pack does not exist so it has not even been partially downloaded. There is also plenty of space. I also noticed that while on the re download screen for all other songs, it has the options to Play
or Download again, where as for Bonjovi it only has the Download option so it definitely has not downloaded it yet.

Rocksmith 2014 Bon Jovi pack

I am unable to download the DLC Bon Jovi pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360. I made the purchase 9/16/15.

And while the Xbox forum thread says the issue has been resolved, it obviously has not been if there were responses after the "resolution" that there is still a problem. That also includes my recent purchase.

The issue is exactly the same; despite where I try to download the file from, it goes from 0% to 1%, back to 0%. Then it eventually gives up and says "Can't download the pack".

also i wanted to add, this is for the first Song Pack for Foo Fighters that was for the First Rocksmith game and not the Second Song pack that was causing issues with the Bon Jovi pack. Hopefully it gets figured out. Appreciate all the help

 

Sorry to hear it. Which region (country) is your gamertag set for and is it the same as the region you physically live in?

 

I am in Australia everything was created through my xbox live account so I must assume it is also in Australia. I have been on xbox live since it first started with the original xbox and never had any issues.

I did some more tests last night and can download or re-download other dlc for rock smith 2014 OK. I also downloaded some apps that i did not have just to be sure. They all downloaded fine. It is just this bon jovi pack. Symptoms are always the same, it
sits there for a few seconds when the download starts, flashes up a percentage like 6% or 8%, then jumps back to zero %, sits there for a while and then says it can't download it.

 

There is currently an issue with downloading already purchased items. The support page says it's for CoD but it could affect other services as well. Keep an eye on the support page to see when it's been fixed.

Hi I am also in Australia and I am having the same problem here I have checked the live status and it says the live service is up and running but yet I am still unable to download the bon jovi song pack

 

I have the exact same problem as techno bill, i downloaded a rage against the machine song no problem then seconds later could not download any bon jovi songs after paying for them. I live in NZ not that i think that makes any differnce. A solution would
br great or ill be ringing microsoft and demanding a refund

 

Same here, like king Ozzy, I downloaded RATM songs fine, and bachsmith - but no dice on Bon Jovi song pack or Foo Fighters monkey wrench

 

I have the same problem with the Bon Jovi Pack & Rocksmith 2014 on XBOX360. Other downloads work ok

 

I have just experienced the same issue today. I purchased the Bon Jovi pack yesterday and went to try it out today and am getting the same issue as has been highlighted.

Its shows at 1% then 0%, then 100% when a message pops up saying "Can't download the pack" . Has there been any resolution for any of you guys?

 

So i tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions suggested by Microsoft, but still no good. Will be contacting support next i think.
