Unable to Download Bioshock from Marketplace bought on Deals with Gold

So yeah, that's the issue I'm having. What now? I did everything that was written in the: Announcement. Issues playing your downloaded games/add-ons.

Furthermore I bought 2 games from 'Deals with Gold': Bioshock and Bioshock 2. The latter downloaded with no problems.

Any suggestions?

Download Cancelled?

I bought Bioshock because it was on sale in Deals With Gold. However, it downloads 4% and stops. A few minutes later a bybble comes up saying "download cancelled". It has nothing to do with my connection as xblive is fine and wvwey other device is fine.
Please help.

 

Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition (DwG) - can't download purchased game

I have bought Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition with Deals with Gold benefits. Payment was completed on Saturday at 3AM (ID: M6072-4813 using DotPay). But I can't still download it from marketplace. It looks like the transaction doesn't accepted.

 

I am a bit confused,

You may need to wait until the downloads are finnished to play.....

Not real sure what your issue is.... Does the Hdd have enough room for the downloads??? Have you tried to clear your cache and redownload???

 

Is your account region the same as your actual location? Some content is region locked and have mismatched information will lead to download issues. There are three things that should match up. Your console's region, your billing address, and your actual
location.

Did the delete game, clear cashe, restarted and restarted download thing and nothing worked. My region is the same for everything so there should be no reason I can't download this game. It gets to 4% every time and stops downloading. Feels like I just wasted
$5 for a game I can't play :-/

 

I just got done with customer support. They said it's a connectivity issue. He had me restore my network settings back to factory defaults and that didn't work so he told me to restart my router by pushing the reset button on the back and that worked. The
game started downloading with no more problems.
