unable to download ARK: Survival Evolved from Windows Store

Greetings,

I am having issues for the last month of so trying to download and install ARK: Survival Evolved on my PC through Windows Store.

I am getting the following error when I try to download again.

There has been an error

It was working fine before my PC was resetting due to some hardware problems.

Hello Ibrahim_khawaja, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

See which version of Windows 10 you have

Updates are often seen as optional.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

I believe that Ark Survival Evolved is not a cross platform game. I understand you and your friend are using Windows 10 but there is no cross play with Ark Survival Evolved between Xbox GamePass Beta and Steam.
