Unable to do Time quests All i can do is online and offline parallel quests and battles.

Im in the plaza of time and i try walking trough the door and it say Downloading Data... You cannot progress in the game until this download is finished. . . . .the farthest parallel quest i can do is lvl12. its been this way for a week. i also have the
PASS which since I've downloaded this has happened and i haven't seen any changes.

dragonball xenoverse PQ 100% completion not unlocking

i have all the hidden finishes on the parallel quests, no question marks at all and my achievment is stuck at 98%. idk what to do besides go through every single quest AGAIN which is not fun (i shouldnt have to) just because the game is *** up. anyone got
ideas

i cant connect with other players on parallel quest online or they cant connect with me

since yesterday i connected with players once and now i cant connect to anyone or find any rooms on parallel quest on xenoverse 2 cant do anything that involve playing with other players online yet i can play my others games online just fine.

UPDATE: It works for me now I can get into a multilobby. Parallel Quest searches do not work though.

Xenoverse better than RB2 or BT3? What a stupid claim. The online barely works and the storyline and quests are so badly written. Zero "What If" scenarios. Parallel Quests are just "fight that person and this person. doo doo doo! You won. Now do it again".
So boring.

yo brad, you have absolutely no idea what is going on with the quest program do you? Are you aware that it's broken. Do you know who runs the quest program?

Sometimes these quests are frustrating, in the past there have been quests for games that I already 100% completed the achievements on and there is nothing I can do to complete the quest. Other times, the quests do not pop that you completed them for
a few days. I like the idea of them but there is some room for improvement.
