Unable to display name

I have Microsoft and Xbox loyal customer for a long time but I feel like I have been wrongfully punished for many years now of somethingi did not do.

A enforcement person accused me of pretending to be a Microsoft employee when in fact I did no such thing and ever since then I have lost ability to display my name knowing i don't know how that relates to it and I do not have access to my ambassadors account and badges.

Only reason why I bring this up now is because apparently Xbox said the new strike enforcement policy would give everybody a new clean slate then where is mine where is everybody's that has been wrongfully accused of something they technically did not do.

Anything that happened prior to the strike system being put into place is still part of your total enforcement history. They didn't remove that. It's just that everyone started with 0 strikes despite their history.

No, you would have to change your tag. Some games offer custom name display, but not many

Interesting idea but I think it's easier for them to stick with the current system.

The issue is that there are many gamertag already very similar when its popular such as obi wan....

I personally dont like the new numbers thing, I think a unique tag should be that, but understand ms view and this gives a way to keep a unique ID but allow name to be same

With your suggestion you could have several players on popular games using same name and yes you can click in maybe to differentiate but would you know which one team killed spawn camped etc?
