    Hello Graigo,

    Welcome to the Xbox Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well.

    I was unable to reproduce this error, as adding/editing a custom picture for a group on my computer and Xbox resulted in no errors. We recommend signing out of your Xbox account on both your console and your PC and back in and seeing if that reauthentication helps the issue. Additionally, please ensure that the custom picture you are trying to upload is larger than 1080 x 1080.

    On March 27, 2020, Xbox turned off a few features for custom uploads on the Xbox services. Here are the features that are impacted:

    Custom Gamerpics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club pics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club backgrounds on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom captures and game clips on Xbox Console Companion PC (Beta) app (Permanent)

    As people look to gaming for social connection, Xbox is seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for the community, Xbox has made small adjustments. Some features like uploading
    custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds are temporarily disabled.

    You will also be unable to upload custom images in the following areas:
    Custom Gamerpics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club pics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club backgrounds on all platforms (Temporarily)
