I am unable to control my cable receiver (Telestar Diginova 10 HD-K) via OneGuide. The setup of the TV works fine, but when I get to configure OneGuide the system does not even ask for the cable provider, zip code,...

Xbox One Can't Control My Cable Box (Pace PX001BNT w/ TiVo from Mediacom)

I'm unable to get my Xbox One to control my cable box listed above and am also unable to control it through OneGuide as a result. Any help would be great; thanks!

Xbox One S and Bell Fibe Tv

I'm trying to get connect my new Bell Fibe TV receiver, a VIP5662W to my xbox one s in order to have the Xbox One issue to command to the receiver such as changing the channel. The receiver does not appear as one of the options when I try to go to settings->Tv
& OneGuide->Device Control-> Cable or Satalite Box -> cable or satalite box setup. I've tried all the other options for Bell Fibe Tv receivers and none of those can issue commands. I figure there is probably a remote code that can be entered in order to control
the receiver but I have been unable to find one online. I have had the same xbox one s control my previous receiver a Bell 9241 and my other xbox one in the house is able to control the Bell Fibe VIP2502 receiver that is connected to it. Phone support with
Bell, and chat support with Microsoft have been unable to find a solution or a remote code that works.

Yup, that explains it. We hope to get the awesome folks in Germany up and going soon. OneGuide is not quite ready for that market yet. I wish I had a timeline to give you. 'Til then Viel Gluck and happy gaming!

Weenis - For what it is worth: I went with the optical cable. From Xbone to AV Receiver. If you go in to settings you can set up XBone->OneGuide->Devices and setup your receiver to be controlled by XBone. Good luck!

Uh, it won't do that. "It can control the following devices and functions:

Television: on/off, volume up/down and mute

Cable or satellite receiver: on/off, channel selection (in supported regions)

Audio-video (AV) receiver: on/off, volume up/down and mute"

1.Go to settings 2. TV and oneguide 3.oneguide ( all the settings to set up your cable provider are in there) 4. Device control right below oneguide then cable or satellite box (more settings for your cable box) 5. Then audio and video and troubleshooting
if you still having difficulties. Please like my reply if this helped you.
